This is the water spirit of Lha'itx a kitsune who's legs was evolved into a flipper about 50000 cycles ago which is about 24000 earth years. She rules over the water in lha'itx she can make it flood the land or dry out, rain and with Heijami the spirit of ice and snow they can create a winter wonderland.
