Good day and happy weekend everyone! Hope you're all doing well? I'm finally getting back to the grind on drawing aswell as commissions and finished my first one since... ages? Okay it might have been more like six or five months, but it certianly feels like more ;^; The commissioner asked me not to post it publically, so for this week I sadly have nothing big to share still, but I hope to change that soon!
For now I wanted to take the chance to explain a little something - in particular the relation inbetween digital precolours and traditional colours when it comes to commissioning me. (Taking a drawing I was allowed to do for   sekkral a little while ago.)
Alot of commissioners asked me about this step and I figured I'd shed a little light on it! So once I finish the sketch- and lining-phase of a commission I move on to the digital colouring phase - this is an extra-step I take to ensure that the commissioner can give me a heads up on wether or not if he's okay with the colours I've chosen or if they want something changed. If they're satisfied with the precolours I start colouring the actual drawing with me pens and markers!
