Calm and cool are the best words that fit Jacob. A man whose all about food and respecting the ingredients. He’s a powder keg waiting to burst at the first sign of disrespect or wasting food or making lousy food with the ingredients though. Jacob is an orphan who was raised by a first rate Jamaican chef/shaman named Mama Whirlsai, as such he has a deep Jamaican accent and swordsman level skill with knives. In battle he relies on martial arts mainly since he hates to tarnish his cooking utensils.
