Pleasr apply hot paws three times daily. If you miss a dose, take immediately. If it is almost time for your next dose, that's okay, just apply twice. If problem persists, clearly you aren't properly absorbing the paws. Up the size and frequency of the dose until achieving the desired effect.

Yeah, there are a few side effects though. In a double blind study with placebo group, people taking paws while drinking sometimes reported experiencing a more intense paw-related feeling than those taking paws without alcohol. In California, some doctors even prescribe paws in conjunction with medical marijuana for some ailments, because of similar enhanced effects.
Paws don't interact with your liver and are completely safe on their own, so there are minimal drug related interactions.
