We live on a farm, so have lots of property to have a bunch of demons.. I mean Corgis.. run around. xD They have a fenced in yard, though. Farm trafic is not good for speedbumps. >.<
But they don't really need to much space, but a yard definately helps. Otherwise they might wiz all over your house and drive you crazy. x]
