He's a combination of Hoatzin for his bird half, and Cougar for the cat half, which Stampmats made into this gorgeous design!

Brief Character description: ((Subject to edits, as I am terribly nervous to put it out!)

Catequil is a male gryphon standing 6'2" tall, weighing roughly 175 pounds. He keeps himself well groomed, and clean. Tending to dress in simple casual wear, except when elsewise required, such as at his most common job as a receptionist. He is an aspiring writer, intending to one day make a living off of his work.

He is a very kind and gentle soul, wanting to see others find happiness, and joy more than anything. Thanks to this he has become a very warm person making friends, and talking to people easily. He goes out of his way to help others because of this, occasionally getting himself in over his head, though he's got a few ways of getting himself out of it too. He is incredibly affectionate, more than happy to cuddle, and snuggle with his friends.
