However, the social and medical stigma is still going strong against overweight and obese people.
We have to keep fighting and push harder to be heard, valued and respected for being who we are, we are more than a number on the scale or a clothing size.
Mental Health is a crucial towards any process you want to make, it doesn't matter if it's losing or gaining weight, loving yourself and fixing your relationship with your body, your environment and food will be the the first steps towards success.
