And yet we still have them. Yeah, war is hell, but whenever one starts, there will always be those that will have the courage and will to take up arms for the defense of those that aren't able to defend themselves. And yet it takes even greater courage to lay down those arms on both sides and say enough to the killing and that the spilling of innocent blood must end.
And when the day comes, when war is only spoken of in museums and written about in books, will be a beautiful day. So until that day happens, there will always be those that will take up the banner of those that came before them in the defense of their country and those that can't defend themselves.
So I will pray for those that are fighting on both sides to survive the fighting so that they can return home safely to their loved ones once the fighting has ended.
And when the day comes, when war is only spoken of in museums and written about in books, will be a beautiful day.
