TERMS OF SERVICE:
- The commissioner will receive a MP3 and WAV of the finished result (Average length is 2-4 minutes, usually finished within a week from starting). The commissioner may post it to their accounts and use it for anything not explicitly forbidden or otherwise charged in my TOS, as long as I'm credited (either on FA as my username, or as MVC B elsewhere)
- I own the rights to my music. I can post it to all of my pages and outlets, or choose to not post it. Exclusive rights can be negotiated and purchased but credit is still needed - it's not the same as ghost writing, which I do not offer.
- Recording artists looking to hire my services will have an unlimited lease, but if the song is published on a streaming platform I'm to be included in the royalties and this must be discussed. This remains true even after buying an exclusive.
- I start work on the commission as soon as possible per it's place in my queue. I usually have a WIP ready within half a week. It can take around 2 weeks on average to finish a commission order from the time that I begin working on it because I'm a perfectionist, but on average the usual time is a little over a week.
- The commissioner will get a WIP and can decide if they like it or not, any specific changes, etc, and if they'd like me to restart if I completely missed the idea - I will do this once - afterwards any restarts will cost extra to prevent abuse, but I understand how difficult it can be to get musical ideas across and my biggest priority is to produce something you will enjoy.
- Minor thing, but... Sometimes I'll have my production tag somewhere in the audio in an inoffensive place. I can move the position of the tag or quieten it etc if needed, but won't remove it, and if stems/trackouts are bought then the tag must not be removed or occluded. The tag is effectively my watermark. Also, I'm a producer, not a singer!Art in this price sheet by the lovely
