By the time I had a sense of waking up, the battle had been fought. The war had probably ended in our defeat. All around me were corpses. In fact, I was meant to be one myself.
And yet, I was still alive, in some strange twist of fate. No flesh or organs to speak of, but my bones moved with my thoughts. The armor I died in still donned.
I had no direction of what to do. Picking up a bloodied spear, the only thing I could do was wander aimlessly..
