This was a very large canine (mostly) figure in a dream from a couple nights back. In my dream I had been captured and was being constantly drugged and injected with things, and my captors were trying to brainwash me. They brought out this creature and told me that he would rip me to shreds if I tried to escape. he was huge, yet emaciated and mistreated. When I looked into his eyes, they were so full of sadness, my heart broke for him, so I went up to him cautiously and gently stroked his face, and his eyes softened. His face tended to shapeshift a few times, from what it is in this picture, to a much more neopolitan mastiff look, then to a golden lion-like face with a mane. I may draw more of him again.
