*hugs* if you can and are able to, make sure that the Russians who want to protest peacefully find meaningful and planned ways to protest rather than just getting themselves jailed needlessly. Or pass the sentiment on. Get together, have meals together, look and plan, and see where to go and when to leave as necessary.
