Have you looked around for "teardown" videos or guides? Maybe one of those could help?

Seconding the Huion bit above. Wacom stuff at this poitn, and honestly for a few years, really hasn't been worth anywhere near what they're asking, aside from maybe in embedded situations like laptops n such. For anything standalone, there are so many other great options at far better price points, it's not even funny.
