Have you looked around for "teardown" videos or guides? Maybe one of those could help?

Looks like the fan-replacement guide has detailed instructions for opening the case:

And there's also this about replacing the power port, if that might be a reason it's not turning on?:

Says you need a soldering iron and knowledge to complete that one though.

Seconding the Huion bit above. Wacom stuff at this poitn, and honestly for a few years, really hasn't been worth anywhere near what they're asking, aside from maybe in embedded situations like laptops n such. For anything standalone, there are so many other great options at far better price points, it's not even funny.
