Well just trying a random dynamic pose and different shading style rather than the burn and dodge tools.....

I'm not fully sure what the general focus for the crit needs to be, but my first guess would be pose?
In which case, the character is very off balance. Try standing that way yourself. It's not very easy to do unless there's some other sort of motion involved, and to me, its hard to see how it could be replicated without falling down. One fix could be to move the left leg (character's left) further out and maybe the right one in some. If the character is to be leaning on something, or trying to jump over some object, I would add that in as well so the action is more clear to the viewer.
I hope this helps in some way
-Best of luck to you- ^.^

i suppose if i emphasized movement by dust trails or making the character look more balanced if i moved his left arm to support his balance, that would save a lot of effort in altering the legs.....
i like the obfect idea need to be less lazy and add objects in x.x
thanks, this was helpful ^^

the character looks like they're bending back while doing that dynamic pose - with quick poses, you're almost always leaning forward. it helps to make you look faster, and puts a lot more balance into the picture.
If he's leaning forward, then, you won't see where the tail connects to the back of the spine (it doesn't come from the bottom of the butt!) and the back and barrel of the chest will be bent the other way.
You did a pretty good job with the head! that's a hard pose, but you did pretty well on it. And good for you for trying new coloring techniques - stay away from the burn and dodge! hisssss booo ;)~

Some general crit:
Try using a line of motion when attempting to do dynamic poses. Take any picture of an action pose and draw the line where you see the motion happening. Through the torso like so: http://imgur.com/RZUzE.jpg
Presketch everything as well. Use circles, tubes, etc.
Stop drawing fur everywhere. It makes your form look weak. Draw fur where it's the most fluffiest and to accentuate your figure. Places like the cheek, certain parts of the tail, etc. NEVER draw fur along the arms and legs.
Don't use the airbrush when coloring. or dodge and burn. It makes your art look muddy. Take the time to learn color theory and look on dA or youtube for good photoshop coloring tutorials

line of motion seems difficult to understand, i will give it a shot in my next drawing though.
i do presketch but i tend to use more box like shapes, i think that what makes my characters look stiff
i dont use airbrush, then colouring just normal brush, and i use gimp not photoshop... its a 1up from mspaint, but if you know any better art programs that are for free and not pirate please tell me.
thanks for taking the time to crit my work ^^

This pose looks impossible just by looking over it, if you have a hard time coming up with a pose that looks realistic, try finding a reference.
Right now its hard to critique this, since the pose is pretty difficult for anyone to do, but I can leave you some references of other neat poses to try and practice:

Good luck!! =)
