Victor "Vio" Crimson Nivies
Victor was frozen alive after a terraforming accident on Arturo II during the days before the animals from Earth crashlanded and evolved into the Arturians you see today. As the only one of his kind to be thawed and revived he despised these Arturians, and since he could no longer survive in any environment above sub-zero he sought to freeze the planet once again. Though, after being on the losing end of a fight with Qinjiko and getting a second chance and a suit to help his survival, he seems to have calmed down and has become a pretty CHILL guy~
