I really enjoyed drawing Penelope from Sly Cooper but never bothered to post the references I made. This is what they look like with the first being closest to her original design while the second is a combination of the first and Thieves in Time (just a lot taller with some additional bits to stand out).
For anyone who doesn't know, she and Bentley were in my last crossover, Dark Disney, as part of a resistance against the regime. But when they learned what would happen once all this is prevented, Penelope took it the hardest and broke down, not wanting to end up becoming a supervillain. Fortunately, as if by fate, she was able to circumvent this and survive when history was reset, joining a group of new overseers as a Timelord. This is my fan-made version of her that I use for my art while the one from Thieves in Time is it's own separate character.
