Whenever I feel down, this is what my mind pictures. Ankle chained to a weight ball in which it is filled with the mistakes I have made along with other personal problems. I recognize what I have done and having the will to improve myself. However, despite all of that I have acknowledge, making improvements here and there I still have a sense of regret or guilt. I have no idea what the main issue is, making me looking for answers but with no clue in sight...
