Something I realised was missing from my FA gallery...which is my character design I did last year.
This character, Zhen is a crocodile who lives in the future where almost every part is polluted. Still there are areas which are in the safe zone as people still preserve them.
The armor you see on his left shoulder (our right side view) is picked up from a nearby jungle. The armor is used by that era's military and also it's to show the time line he's in. Also, the lights glow to show the presences of life form.
The bandages are extra items there to cover wounds but we know in reality even when crocs get wounded from fights and whatnot, they won't get infected or anything.
I also forgotten what meaning does that Chinese character there is. DX Anyone?
The blue-ish character you see on the right side of the artwork is his dragon partner, now formless as the pendent you see just below the armor there is broken into half. SO meaning to say that half of the body is not present and thus making him like a ghost thingy. =p The reason why I chose a dragon as a fellow partner for Zhen was because crocs also have identical characteristics of dragons. And why we have a dragon partner there is because this guy has been protecting Zhen's whole family line since the old times. Consider him as a guardian. :)
Too much description...There is more if you'd like to know.
So, what ya guys think of this?
What I like to know most if about the colouring the sand and how it blends in with the water. May I have your suggestions and critiques? :)
And feel free to ask anything about these 2 characters. :3 I really forgotten the dragon spirit's name. DX

Whoa! This is manyak nice! Also, you've been hilang for quite a while now but this makes up for all the missing art. XD. The colour is smooth and quite beautiful. Colour, reflection, character body; considerably flawless. Also, the sand at the bottom of the ocean is quite good. Not too sure what's the chinese character there. if you don't know, I lagi dunno. Imma banana. XD
know one thing I love about the pictures is when your characters have a story that gives us a little more than imagination and aspiration that you came at that time also is a big job that I liked the description je
armor still reminds me of Metroid je
and the dragon companion obvious reasons I like excellent je
