He looks good! Very feminine and cute, with pretty eyes. I would love to see him colored.
His pecs made him look like he has boobs, though. If he's really slim, there will barely be any definition at all there, even in terms of muscle. That and the pose looks off balance. He couldn't really stand that way without tipping over.
