In honor of Pokémon Day, I’m opening up for a few themed YCHS. This one can either be a cute little play date with Dizzy here or you may substitute her for any ‘small’ Pokémon you’d care to snack with. Since the background is going to be fixed, ‘small’ here means about the baby’s size. Completed picture will be flat colored on a simple pastel background.
