On the right is Owls Head, among the worst 4K hikes in the area... I'm saving that one for when I feel like having a very unrewarding time. On the left you can just make out Bond Cliffs, and in front of that is a snippet of Carrigan, my next hike. I can't tell you with certainty what's behind Bond. The valley is called the Pemigewasset Wilderness. It's the heart of a ring of mountains. There are no roads, houses or anything down in there. I can't wait to make my way down in!!
