Tested out a chase & collect mechanic in the field yesterday. I had gotten the setup made in my test arena, but it certainly played out differently in the area this chicken chase supposed to happen.

The monster was planned to be able to swipe the player and cause a GAME OVER with one touch, but now that might be too hard. Not impossible, but hard. I have SFX playing whenever I'm touched by the monster, so I would have died several times during this run. I also have SFXs play to let myself know that the events are working as they should (hence the weird alien noise in the beginning).

I've made some good strides recently. I'm nowhere near complete with the game itself, but a huge chunk of events have been completed recently. But I was also curious what people's first impressions could be, as this is a super super niche game (rpg horror maker if some people are not aware/don't recognize it).
