Hello everyone, I don't really want to talk about this situation, but since I'm from Russia, I think I should say a few words.
Our government has no excuse. There is no excuse to kill civilians. There is no excuse to kill anyone.
Most of my friends are simply ashamed to be part of this country. We are all afraid to watch how Putin puts us and our brothers and sisters from Ukraine in the grave. Thousands of people on every side lost their friends, relatives, partners and never thought that things could turn out this way.
Since our country is an aggressor, now we are fucked. Our economy is gone, as it were, 20 years ago, and this is not the end. Ordinary people like me will lose their jobs, I no longer know how I will work if Swift is closed to us. No export, no import, no internet, no food, no medicine, no high technology, no money, no hope. Only despair and a lot of hate from the world towards me - the average Russian
I never wanted to leave Russia, but I don't seem to have a choice. Putin can go completely crazy and take my man into the army, and now we have nowhere to go, because my partner cannot get an international passport due to the current military draft for all male Russians. And even if we could escape, I don't know how I can leave my mother and little brother here, they, like all of us, deserved a better life.
No one can help us now, and all I can ask you is to try not to incite hatred towards us. Millions of people just wanted to live their normal lives, no one wants to be killed and no one wants to kill anyone. The people who do this, including our president, have lost touch with reality, and Russian citizens have absolutely nothing in common with them.
