For what it's worth, I had same issue, but I've come to realise after a long time, that it's just me overthinking. The solution for me was not to ignore and avoid those questions, but just acknowledging this circle of questions as soon as possible and getting out of it when you realize it's just an endless thought loop. You'll most likely get nothing good by worrying.
