Made a villain kaiju peacock oc. I was inspired to make him after watching a video on sumo wrestlers in fighting games. This guy is the cousin to Halcon, and is a bit of a dirty fighter, acting as a heel to Halcon's face. The belt he holds can store kinetic energy in a target before releasing to send them flying.
