So while I decided against selling badges for at-con pickup this year, I haven't done a lot of badges in a while and I miss doing them so! Sale time baybe!
Sale Rules
-All standard badge commission rules apply
-Printed badges only, I am not interested in taking discounts on digital-only badges at this time. If you wish for a digital only badge, it will not be discounted.
-Applies to both headshot and halfbody badges
-Discounts will not be given on mailing, or holo badges. (Mailing is +3$ to the US, +4$ international. Holo badges are +3$)
-With discount, this makes headshot badges 20$, and halfbodies 24$ before shipping.
-Since it is such a large time frame, if you want these done in time for a specific con, let me know up front please! Otherwise they will be done at my own pace.
-Slots will be placed in standard headshot and halfbody slots instead of being unlimited like I take badges usually, so I don't overwhelm myself.
Standard Badge Commission Rules
-Holographic badges cannot have glitter as the cardstock backing, the effects clash too much.
-Make sure the address you provide on your invoice is up-to-date and accurate, this is the address I will be mailing to.
-If you have an address change at any point during the commission process, please notify me.
-If you use a business account and live in an apartment or use a P.O box, I will require your legal first name (or at least the name the mailman knows you by) to put on the envelope. Iβve had issues as of late of mail being returned to me because it didnβt have a βcorrectβ name on it. Which is stupid, I know, I hate deadnaming people. But unfortunately itβs what I have to do to not get it returned to me :(. This is an issue Iβve only had so far with apartments and P.O boxes, if you live in a house you should be fine.
-Please tell me if you live outside of the US so I may charge you properly, Iβve had multiple times people fail to tell me this and I invoice them the US mailing rate. I feel stingy asking for the extra 1$ and it usually ends up coming out of pocket, so please tell me!
-Badges are digital art that is printed, not traditional. I do not do traditional art.
-If youβd like to choose your own variety of cardstock that the art will be mounted on, you may choose one of the options from a list Iβll provide. Iβll typically choose the color of the variety you choose to what looks best with the finished art. (ex. You will choose if you want plain color, glitter, etc. Iβll pick if itβs purple, red, etc.) This is just because I have over ~100 different cardstock patterns and itβs hard to tell what colors will match when the art hasnβt been done yet.(Current listing of all available cardstock options is listed under my commission info tab on my page!)
-Badges have a clear stick-on loop thatβs placed at the top of the badge instead of hole punched, sometimes these tabs get cropped out of finished badge photos or donβt show up well. I just think they look nicer than a hole punch.
I do not provide badge clips, this is to save on mailing costs. You can purchase badge clips very cheaply at multiple retailers.
-Badges donβt come with tracking numbers, I just drop them in my outgoing mail slot.
-If you have not received your badge after one month of me putting it in the mail, and you believe it may have been lost, Iβll reprint it for you for free and re-mail it.
-If youβve bought a badge from me in the past and it gets damaged, lost, etc, I can reprint it for you for a small fee to cover postage. I wonβt charge you for materials on re-prints.
