When Typhoon was a Quilava, some bear pokemon took his Lugia toy as a joke before being saved by his idol Mercury, he eventually took Mercury's advice and got stronger after he grew up and became a typhlosion. Deciding to stand up for himself he went to confront his bullies to take back his toy. The Beartic and Ursaring were already taunting and teasing Typhoon and for a prank, they decided if they couldn't than no one should as the bears held the toy hostage and gave it a slight tear on the back making Typhoon tear up.
While the bears were laughing and getting ready to pick the toy apart, Typhoon got incredibly angry and in his rage, unleashed his diaper breathe at both bear pokemon at full blast and turned them both into diapers. Typhoon decided to wear the Beartic, but saw the tear in his toy and began to tear up. Luckily his brother Ricky wasn't far behind as he was worried and saw that the toy was damaged, he cheered his brother up and told him to calm down as he'll patch it right up, luckily the tear wasn't major and Ricky decided to wear the Ursaring as he'll lecture him while he sews up Typhoon's toy. He made quick work sewing it up like new while Typhoon watches as he likes to watch Ricky play 'doctor' with Mercury 2. The bear pokemon that their wearing will also likely get a harsh scolding from both of their parents bullying others and Typhoon will hopefully get more stronger so that no one ever picks on him or takes his prized Lugia toy.

Like Venus, Typhoon doesn't have full mastery over his diaper breathe, and he hopes to get good at it so he can one shot powerful pokemon like how Mercury can tf legendary pokemon, and Ricky repairs Mercury 2 alot, but typhoon learned to take better care of it as he wants no one to ever harm it again, he's the same way if anyone insults Mercury, he gets into violent fits of rage and can unleash diaper breathe. Typhoon hopes to be strong like Mercury and Ricky someday.
