The first drawing of a rather intimidating NPC I drew up for my Tabletop game: Mega Mega Mega! This is Haze, though these days he's a lot more calm than this. The first time he was met he was basically released from his life's prison and mistook the players for his captors, so, you know, not exactly the friendliest at first glance...
He's got a noxious purple smoke he can generate from his body and mouth (as well as an odd cigarette that seems responsible for making it), but the exact properties of the smoke are hard to comprehend. All people know is that fighting him is a nightmare, when he wants it to be.
