its not in any of the menus, you have to right click on the model section you want to intersect with and select it. So if you had a cube w/ a cylinder going through and sticking out both ends, selecting the cube, right clicking and selecting intersect w/ model will cause any intersection between the cylinder and cube to form a line on the surface of the cube and vice versa.
