Terms of Service
I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason, even if it's a reason not listed down below.
I also do not feel comfortable taking commissions from anyone under the Age of 18. PLEASE do not commission me if you are a minor or if one of the people you're getting art for (be it for them directly, indirectly, or just including their character) are a minor. I do NOT want to do art for minors.
Clients are not, under any circumstances, permitted to use any part of their commissioned artwork for non fungible tokens. Use of the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with non fungible tokens or cryptocurrency is STRICTLY prohibited.
Things I will 100% Guaranteed NOT Draw:
-Diapers
-Gore (But Might draw CandyGore depending on Mood)
-Feral Fetish / NSFW (Excluding Oral Vore on Occasion, but still MY say on Yes or No)
-NSFW or Kink / Fetish Content involving characters from the Sonic the Hedgehog Franchise*
-Cub / Kids / Young / Underage Characters / Non-Adults
-Vanilla Sex
*with the exception of Rouge the Bat or other adult characters (NOT Dr. Eggman / Robotnik though), but I have to be in a very specific mood and non-adult characters can NOT be involved in the imagery in the slightest, including characters with unconfirmed ages / age ranges; I am not in these moods often so it's better not to go in expecting me to be willing to draw those.
I accept payments through Paypal and I ask for payment when the uncolored sketch is finished, and will finish the image only after payment is received.
I will of course send you as many Work In Progress shots as I can while working on the commission (during every step, be it sketch, linework, color, etc), preferably over Discord, but can find alternative means to send screenshots if necessary.
Commissions are non-refundable UNLESS I feel like I can't personally finish the artwork. Any attempts to refund a commission after payment has went through without my consent or knowledge will be met with a blacklisting.
