Just found out a close family member of mine has cancer. Their rate of recovery is high because it was caught early, but it still feels like a punch in the gut for my family.
Will be taking a break off social media for a few days and moving accepting new commissions till mid February. No TF Tuesday today, sorry :(

Oh no.. I’m so very sorry. My heart goes out to you.. take all the time you need for yourself and your family. Go see them if you can, I really hope they recover from this with proper treatment.

Hope the coming months go well for them. It's very good indeed it is caught early, so that is something to take solace in!
Lot of folk in my family had some form of it. It's never easy

It's scary to hear when your loved one has cancer. I had an aunt who had cancer. She passed away many years ago sadly. I didn't speak with her much but when I did, every interaction I had with her were always magical. Hope your family member makes good recovery.

Take as long as you need. I'm glad your family member has a fighting chance. I wish one of my best friends were as lucky. Didn’t make it past the first day.
