hello hello!! this design was super fun to work on.. I was always a bit curious about merging Eeveelutions with pokemon you wouldn't think about fusing them with right away, if that makes sense, so I decided to give it a shot with Wartortle, and I'm happy to report that I'm pretty happy with how this design ended up looking ♥ I'll certainly see about doing more designs like this in the future too!
