"I was gonna say the same damn thing!" (Sketch)
Digital sketch of a moment in the current D&D session I'm in.
Jerro, my ranger (the only one off his feet there) was tasked to gather a quick crew to do some ghost hunting. Seeing a kobold in too-big armor wanting to join, he kinda had doubts and had the kobold try to push him to the ground via a little armwrestle kinda thing. To the audible protests of the head cleric in the church (offscreen).
The kobold, Rux, couldn't do this. Risksmasher (big minotaur dude there) reminded Jerro that he never put HIM through a test like that - and then picked him up.
"I have the utmost faith in these invididuals you have assigned to us," says the minotaur respectfully.
"I was gonna say the same damn thing, man!" says Jerro.
And promptly gets tossed out.
