I'm so happy! My missing fursuit tote was delivered to my house while I was at work. After vanishing on my flight home from FWA last month my tote stayed lost for 32 days.

I send this warning to anyone who travels to cons with fursuits or other items they are attached to: DON'T FLY NORTHWEST! They attempted to find my missing baggage for the first 5 days, but after that I received little service. My case was "sent to corporate" and I was given a special number that I could call and talk to a real life human to keep me updated on my missing items. Of course this number only worked for a week before a general recording was put up and every one of my calls was simply dumped at the end.

A few days ago I received a letter from the Atlanta Airport letting me know they had my tote. I fear if things would have been left to Northwest, I would never have gotten my tote... or money had it come to that.

I might fly NWA again, but only if THEY pay for the tickets due to their massive failure. I will not be checking any bags in on this flight.

Airtran gets my money from now on.
