Every page I dislike her boss more. But her pose and expression in that first panel, you can almost feel her defeat and sorrow. Its so well rendered, poor girl needs a hug.

I should add that I don't think its bad to dislike him. His expressions and the emphasis on certain words in his speech bubbles makes him seem harsher to me maybe than intended. Ryder is clearly upset at the mistake, but his expression and tone doesn't change in light of it clearly being an honest mistake. Like saying she is getting fired last page and then telling her she isn't fired this page, to me the tone comes across as harsh and belittling.

Even if the boss seems like an ass to me, I still think this is really well written and rendered.

so its lets clear things up and apologize so no one loses theirs jobs or its someone just a bath in the Wendy's kitchen sink and everybody loses their jobs.
