It was suggested that I try my hand at Kangaroos so here's he is.
Had the random urge to make him an Olympic Athlete.
Last day of the Winter Olympics and I just made it!
So yay Australia! How did you all do? I've been too busy to follow.
(I haven't watched the Games since I was a kid. The point of them is noble, despite the problems that sometimes follow.)

by coat you mean fur? Or his uniform? I googled the Aussie outfits and this is what came up. Seems a bit cool for me but maybe the activity helps with the bodyheat. LOL as for the coat color, I think the Grey Kangaroos are cuter than the Reds.

more his uniform, with the mask and all. :) I have never looked in to it, but my impression is that they all wear special undercoats for the cold, and the colourful one is only to keep folds from happening, which would create air turbulences that could slow down the athlete. :)
the german teams used to have white ones for a while, with stylized tiger stripes, and they made a mascot for it too, with a tiger head, wearing one of these striped uniforms. :)

Thank you! It took me longer than it should because I spent too long debating on coloring it at all. Sometimes when I color it loses it's appeal. It get's too busy. I'm still learning how to color. That's why some of my really good pieces I'll never color. I get too scared over potentially making a mistake and having to start over....that I won't finish at all.
