FizzBang Booster Gels Product Line
Experiment: #23-FG-18f
Subject: Casey Delaware "Rush"
Overseer: Dr. Sebastian Porto
Materials Used: 40 ml Fizzbang Booster Gel formula G-18f "Cool Arctic Explosion"
Observations:
After ingestion of formula G-18f, the subject's pigmentation faded to a bright white. Initially, Subject Delaware believed he was regaining his original, grey/white base fur pattern and consequently losing his enhanced abilities. He began to do laps around the room at high speed to insure no loss of his capabilities, until asked to stop. After the run, Subject Delaware began to exhibit a haze of visual distortion similar to the shimmer caused by extreme heat. Subject's appearance on digital recordings appeared out of focus and to visibly flicker. Observers confirm Subject Delaware's physical appearance was "blurry" and his voice sounded "garbled and distant".
Halfway through a secondary line of questioning, Subject Delaware explained feeling "Weird, like I'm really hungry, but also not?" And promptly fell straight through the floor.
Security cameras throughout the building tracked Subject Delaware's free fall as he descended from the testing labs on floor 23 straight through floors 22 to 17, where he briefly gained a grip on the carpet before passing through it and the next three floors below. Numerous employees noticed Subject Delaware's descent, reporting sounds of odd yelling, brief hallucinations or an active paranormal occurrence.
On floor 13, Subject Delaware can be seen on security cameras slowing his own descent through the ceiling via unknown means. Coincidentally, he managed to do so directly over the office quarters of Liason Sara Bellejo. After noticing Subject Delaware’s flailing legs, having a brief shouted conversation, then attempting and failing to help Delaware secure himself in the ceiling and then the floor of floor 13, Liason Bellejo is recorded sprinting down two levels of the fire stairwell in time to partially "catch" Subject Delaware as he fell through floor 11. Despite repeated slips in and out of integrity, Liason Bellejo managed to coach Subject Delaware into maintaining his "grip" on her, until she could pull him out of the floor and onto his feet.
Via concentration, Subject Delaware reports being able to "Keep the floor solid". Having been saved from phasing through the ground, Subject Delaware began to experiment with his newly gained ability to pass through solid matter, running from room to room. Several security staff stationed in key areas radioed in to frantically report a "ghost" running through confidential labs. Liason Sara Bellejo was tasked with luring Subject Delaware out of the building to prevent him from becoming a more severe security risk. The subject came dangerously close to viewing the contents of [REDACTED] and Vault [REDACTED].
The effects of G-18f lasted for a shorter duration than other formulas in the G-Series. Subject Delaware resolidified roughly 20 minutes after entering his phasic state.
10 minutes after resolidification, Subject Delaware complained of feeling “Gooey”. Having been transported back to the laboratories, Subject Delaware was recorded having lost over 6 inches of height. at this point he developed a notable potbelly, and proceeded to grow shorter and rounder. Within ten minutes, Subject Delaware had condensed into a sphere 8.2 inches in diameter and weighing in excess of 50 pounds. Spectrographic readings indicate that Delaware’s molecular volume had retracted into itself as a form of systemic shock after the over-excitement caused by G-18f. Subject Delaware’s atomic structure had been vibrating at speeds sufficient to let him pass through solid materials, and had shrunk in on itself afterwards in an attempt to restabilize.
Shortly after he reattained stability at 8.2 inch diameter, Liaison Bellejo secured Subject Delaware and insisted that she would “Monitor him at (her) own discretion.” After shouting down and batting back several lab technicians. Security footage of Liason Belejo’s personal office shows her filing paperwork, taking calls and talking to or occasionally batting Subject Delaware back and forth between her hands like a desk toy. Any technician sent to retrieve the subject was locked out or otherwise compelled to leave empty handed.
After a six hour period of molecular stasis, Subject Delaware regained his original colouration, proportions and abilities, one after another. Delaware has been cleared for operations and further testing.
Addendum 1a: Given that administration of formula G-18f nearly resulted in the potential total loss of asset, continued testing is dissuaded. Additional security concerns posed by an intangible Casey Delware are too horrible to think about.
Addendum 1b: The potential applications of formula G-18f’s effects on Subject Delaware cannot be easily dismissed. The stable molecular flux that it is capable of inducing would set Project [REDACTED] years ahead of its current trajectory.
Addendum 2a: Several lab technicians have spoken out about Sara Bellejo’s constant interference in their procedures. While her supervisors have been notified of her unwanted presence, she has seemingly not been contacted or reprimanded. Neither laboratory staff or security seem capable of subduing her. More radical solutions may be necessary.
Another installment in the testing saga that plays about with Rush's powers and proportions. Things seem to be coming to a head between Sara, Casey and the vast, terrifying conglomerate they work for.....

It's always fun to read these, I love the idea of the powers we're used to being messed and manipulated with to near-catastrophic results. It's also pretty entertaining seeing Sara so content for a change at not nearly being burned alive, carried out to sea, or blamed for destruction of property.
