That's a really nice looking portrayal of Tiberius, just with how adorable he is with his facial expression and laughter as well as with his bristling tail. I imagine those fluffy feathers really would be unbearably ticklish for his feet.
I wonder if those feathers might also be effective at tickling his ears?
