Mint Candy day, AKA when roo's go wrong day
Its February 19th, National Mint Candy Day, and

A very long time ago he was Flinthoof Ponypal and his fursona was a bipedal anthro pony, which appeared in his webcomic "Roomies". https://en.wikifur.com/wiki/Roomies_(Dan_Canaan)
Rabbi-tom, in his own webcomic "West Corner of the Park" depicted Flinters as a quadrupedal pony. This webcomic chronicled Flinters' decision to switch to a kangaroo. In the episode (pony) Flinters accidentally ingested a magic potion that transformed him into a 'roo. I have many of the WCotP episodes and the one of Flinters transformation is dated 2008, so Flinters must have decided on the change around the same time that he discontinued writing "Roomies."

Lidsville and Bugaloos...I didn't need to do drugs as a kid...I WATCHED the Acid trip that was Sid and Marty Kroft shows. And you thought Art Cloaky was tripping on 'schrooms' doing Adventures of Gumby. Apparently peyote was involved in creating some episodes.

Heh I did like those shows. Sigmund, yep caught the Archie Bunker refs as a kid. I frankly hated Meathead at an early age. Oh I did love Gumby. Had the rubber Gumby and Pokey figures. Was very upset at age 5 when I lost Pokey. Years later I found some for sale at a college bookstore for some damn reason - bought a replacement Pokey for laughs. Mom saw it on my desk and commented "You finally found him?"
Mine was just a small version of the one I'd had as a kid. I remember a few years ago one of the cable and satellite networks was running Gumby. Saw episodes I never watched as a kid. Heh, decided to read up on the Shows by the Kroffts. Something about the look of Pufnstuf seemed oddly familiar - turns out McDonalds had committed plaigurism (sp) when they came up with their McDonaldland characters - The Kroffts sued and won the case.
