An OLD character I recently found some art of and I wanted to take her out of the fandom she was made for and make something new out of her.

Reintroducing Moremth. A half dragon unique to her own people. Unlike other half dragons, She lacks a tail in her humanoid form, and due to unique circumstances. She has electric abilities despite her black scales, which can commonly be seen displayed on her horns. She also bares a large scar on her face from her childhood where she was left blinded for some time before her sight was restored with weak healing magics.
