Walkthrough:
1. Hit both his eyes, making them spin.
2. While he readjusts his eyes, shoot at his belt buckle.
3. When his pants go down slightly, shoot the differently-coloured part of his stomach. This greatly damages him.
4. After shooting the weak spot, however, he gets enraged and starts running towards you. Avoid him, otherwise he will take a chunk out of you in his jaws, and eat it to regain health. He will also readjust his belt.
