Biyi recognizes the voice in an instant. There's only but 1 Pokemon with such accent in the town, and he's infamous for his handicapped speech.
"Just passing by" Biyi replied, calmly
"Passing by? There are 'fees' to pay for a newcomer like you" a coarse voice spoke from the back. It's from a Drapion
Biyi knew what he's up to. An Arbok, a Drapion, and of course, their leader, Lady Weavile, is just right behind. They're the infamous Team AWD, an explorer team who's known to be a troublemaker. Their reputation is only worsened by their skill in battle
"I'm not looking for trouble" Biyi sips his last bit of tea "and I hope we can all be civilized here"
Civilized? Arbok and Drapion had flinched a bit. They have been challenged, not by any famous explorer team, but a mere blue lizard they have never seen before.
"Civilized eh?" the Weavile replied. "We will teach YOU how we act civilized against an imp---"
**BANG**
Arbok got knocked back by a force so strong that he was flown 10 feet away from his spot
Biyi had just surprised the Arbok with a Snipe Shot, critically injuring the cobra. Drapion, who were caught off guard, had just prepared to Vicegrip the Inteleon. But Biyi knew, and he instinctively vault over his table, dodging the poison claw of the large centipede. Weavile were stunned by what had happened, and could only try to grasp on what had just happened.
Before Team AWD could launch any counter attack though, Biyi knew that he would never be able to fight them head on. He had to run, and that's what he did. He dashed towards the door, past the still-stunned lady Weavile and out of the cafe. A light, shine so brightly, that it blinded Biyi for a while
And a while it is
When Biyi regained his sight, he's sitting on his bed, next to his two Toxtricity brothers "Meng" and "Du". They are still fast asleep
"A dream" Biyi whispered. "Of course it's a dream. I can never be that brave, haha", reaffirming that he could never pull off such stunt for being a "timid" Inteleon.
