Bleep bloop!
Huzzah, another module successfully built. It took a bit longer this time around for me to get my PCBs due to Chinese New Year (happy year of the Tiger). Sample and hold was the first in line to be built, and it is splendid. I will be building up more of these to go in my arsenal.
I look forward to getting some of the other modules built up and tested. I will post more on those in the next few days.
I'll be putting this gem through it's paces tomorrow as I whip up some patches.
More to come.

I'm wondering of some of these physical devices could be duplicated digitally, creating a software system that would allow you to cobble together any number of ersatz modules into a virtual music machine you could run on a laptop (or Raspberry Pi).
Aah, what's the fun in that?

Oh, there definitely are means to create a lot of this functionality digitally, and thus combine a bunch of stuff into a singular boutique kind of semi-modular piece of gear. So there would be some fun in that...eventually. ;)
I have had an idea floating around in my head for years about making my own semi-modular control thing, either analog or digital, or combo. And it would contain a lot of the stuff I have been making as standalone modules. But as I've mentioned to some of the folks in this modular group I meet up with, I'm still exploring the analog side of things at the moment. Eventually, I'll get into the digital/microcontroller domain and probably making something like a wavefolder or some kind of sampler.
