Well hey, at least in Trixie's case, she didn't fall completely to the ground in an embarrassing heap. xDD
I could get her down safely, but, that would require a (long sensual) moment to ensure I good embrace by her waist so she doesn't fall.
Cannot guarantee Trixie does not "fall" some other way however... but I promise to be gentle.

The original Metroid * actually did make something like that a thing for its female protagonist, although you'd have to beat the whole thing each time for the strip-poker-esque dynamic to take effect. Years later, on the 16-bit console, Super Metroid changed/reversed/sped things up by showing off her one-piece bikini any time you got a Game Over, though.
