I was introduced to a tutorial to how draw a gut punch, and I was tempted to do one myself. Funny how they wanted this to presented non-violently. But my big gut is very soft, so you may as well try to punch a pillow filled with water for the good it will do. Sorry about the cropping, it's to be expected when using a printer scanner.
