When Alister goes full phoenix sometimes his anger is so high that it begins to manifest on his fiery form in the aspect of dark flames. It is when this happens that he is at his most lethal and dangerous. While still in control of his actions, they take on a more chaotic bent and serve to strike against his foes physical and spiritual essence. Only when these manifest may he burn not only his opponents body but their very soul as well, reducing it to nothing by ash and memory.

It takes quite a feat to get him to this stage but woe be to whoever does. For not even immunity to fire will save the victim from these flames.
