After a lifetime of training, even a body with just one arm and one leg can become a deadly weapon. What she may lack in mobility, she makes up for in unpredictability; it's hard to quickly grasp the movements of someone with such an unusual body structure.

I did say this elsewhere like Inkbunny, but, in a pinch, the monk could’ve easily been armless, what, their lack of a need to use weapons as they can just use their feet to attack. Could still retain higher speed and mobility.
