A comm for my good pal 
RamboJoe446. He's been wanting a comm for so long and I wanted to do it so bad but the timing never seemed to align... but now the mecha gods have spoken lol and we were able to make this happen. He wanted to portray his happiness catching a Celebi for the first time so I took as reference that frame in the first Pokemon anime opening where Ash hugs Pikachu, do you guys remember that? I am super glad with this one. I also kind of Pokemonized/Sugimori'd Joe and I am pretty happy with the result.
