Simply put his entire body (specifically his bare skin) is toxic. He can think of any toxin in existence from fatal to non-fatal (the common cold or stomach virus counts as "non-fatal" depending on who you are) and transfer it into his opponents via skin contact. Which is why he's so covered up. (think Rogue from X-Men)
