After all this time, I finally decided on a last name for Trent. It actually wasn't too hard to come up with. His first name comes from Trent Kaniuga (creator/artist of CreeD), so I figured I could give him the last name of another one of my favorite artists. I thought of a few names like Eric Larsen, Joe Mad, Fred Perry, etc. Finally it hit me-- Adam Kubert (did earlier Deadpool and some of the better Hulk comics), and "Kubert" seemed to fit well. It's catchy, quirky, and reminiscent of Q-Bert, an old 80's videogame star.

What are those glowy floaty things you ask? Those are Lynties (lin-teez), creatures from Trent's home planet. They are like a cross between mice and lightning bugs. At night they puff up and float around, catching and eating the bugs that are attracted to their light. Trent really adores them, for they are his pets, and one of the few reminders of his home ;_;
